Children's Liturgy of the Word

Our Religious Education Office prepares material and coordinates Children’s Liturgy of the Word at three levels:

• The Tiny Tots’ Liturgy includes prayers, stories, games, songs and other activities that connect these little parishioners with the message of the day's readings.
• The Junior and Senior Primary Liturgy presents the children with the readings in simplified form and helps them apply their message through a suitable homily and discussion.

Usually the children are supplied with worksheets which could be the source of faith enrichment for their families at home.

These Children's Liturgies of the Word take place regularly on Sunday 8:30AM Mass at Mary Immaculate Church, Ashmore.
