Sacramental Program

For families wishing to present their children for Confirmation, First Eucharist and Penance, we have a program that is both inspirational and informative. It calls participants to a renewal of faith and facilitates a greater sense of belonging to and participating in the Catholic Community.

The program includes parent gatherings, providing theological, scriptural and catechetical input. It provides information and materials for parents to further family faith education within their own homes. It holds special classes for children at their own age levels and, coordinates family group meetings providing guidance and materials for same.

Over a hundred families participate in these programs each year, but the numbers do not reflect their importance or success. The glory of these programs lies in their warmth and their welcome, their "at-homeness," the care and the reaching out that happens among the families involved.
